I am constantly turtling. I have been my whole life - it seems like I am turtling most mornings and afternoons, and perhaps not as much in the evenings. It seems like the only time I usually am never turtling is when I take a piss, or when I am drunk or very relaxed.
Anyways, I am about to start the beginner routine - is it necessary to traction wrap in the beginning? I am almost sure I will be turtling 60-70% of the time (especially when I'm in the gym) if I don't traction wrap.
Guys who do traction wrap - do you just have it on 24/7 or what? Thanks for the help,

I am in the same boat. I turtle the vast majority of the day. I try to wear a traction wrap for about 2-3 hours at a time, with about an hour break in between. One day last week, I put it on in the morning and was very busy at work. I didn't go to the bathroom for several hours and forgot I was even wearing it. When I finally took it off (about 6.5 hours later) I had a lump where the wrap ended, just below my glans. It sort of startled me, but was gone by the next day.
I also suggest bed fowfers or even sitting fowfers. I also take JonPop's advice and do some piss pulls, dry jelqs, and circular stretches when I go take a leak. I don't do this while wrapped, but it is good to do while unwrapped and turtling.
Are you overweight? I attribute my turtling to being overweight, but I'm working on that now!
Good luck

Hey man, no I'm not overweight, just experience shrinkage all the time. It's like if I do any kind of physical activity or bending over, I experience shrinkage. Also if it is cold outside at all, or if I get the slightest bit nervous, etc. It really sucks. Only time I never have shrinkage is when I'm peeing.
I wore a traction wrap today after my PE. I had it on for about 6 hours and I could tell my penis was trying to turtle but the wrap prevented it. I think I am going to keep trying to wear one to train my penis not to turtle (if that is even possible).
What are piss pulls? Thanks,

Good to hear that the wrap is working for you. I probably wrapped too tight....my bad. Anyway, piss pulls are essentially JAI stretches, if you've read about them. I would describe them as light 2 second stretches. I pull for 2 seconds (not hard enough to stretch the ligaments) and release for a second or two, but do not release your grip. You can rattle off about 10 of these rather quickly. I have heard great things about JAI's but for some reason I don't consistently do them. So when unwrapped, try a few JAIs, some helicopters, few dry jelqs, etc, and these will help in plumping the penis so it doesn't turtle.
