I find myself always getting hard before PE (during warmups and basic stretching). I started 1 week ago and found that masturbating right before exercise helps me stay relatively flaccid during exercise. Is this ok because otherwise I stay pretty hard and it's hard for to return to flaccid state to jelq, etc.
P.S. I'm doing the JP90 routine.
