Hi all,
I´ve been doing babbis newbie routine for only 12 days now and have seen great gains (1/4 inch in BPEL but no gains in EG). Most days I´ve also edged. Apparently the routine is a light one with 1 day on, 2 days off. Babbis suggests doing a total of 6 workouts in 18 days. After that, 1 week is recommended for cementing gains before taking a one month deconditioning break. Even though I like the idea of deconditioning I know I will not be very keen on taking a one month break from PE if I´ll still be growing at day 18!
So I would appreciate an advice from more experienced PEers on whether I should stick to the routine and take the suggested deconditioning break or just continue the routine after day 18 until gains start to slow down before cementing/deconditioning?

I wouldn't recommend taking 4 weeks off after a 1 week cementing session and only 3 weeks of training unless you've gotten very far in those 3 weeks. Most men can go 4-6 weeks straight before requiring a full week off.

Excellent! I still have a long way to go before I reach my long-term goal of 8x6 (started with BPEL=6.0 and MEG=5.4) so I´ll just keep on exercising... Thanks for the advice.
