    Hi, i've been PEing for 5 days now.
    after a good warm up im gonna start with stretching but sometimes the base of my penis starts to hurt a bit.
    when i stop stretching and wait for 1/3mins the pain is all over, and so i continue my stretching.
    jelqing.. and other exercises are going good but only during stretching i feel a lil bit of pain at the base.

    is this normal for beginners? or am I just stretching to hard ?

    No, there should be no pain felt during jelqing or any other exercise for that matter. If you feel pain stop immediately, and warm your penis with warm cloth for atleast 10 mins. And I also think you should take a week of, only apply warm cloth for 10-15mins till the pain is gone and EQ is back to normal.

    I agree with Desi - Pain is your body telling you something is wrong... don't ignore your body... it knows what it's doing. Please, If you feel pain stop immediately. This pretty much applies to anything.

    But when it comes to PE, I'd take DesiDick's suggestion about the warm cloth and waiting.
