hey man,

An easy way to find things is use the search bar that you'll see above. So if you want to check it masturbation affects gains, maybe try searching for "Masturbation" and see what you can find. You'll probably find other things you werent looking for also that will help you as an added bonus!

Theres a good article you can find that did a study on masturbating after PE'ing. It showed that people reported a roughly 30% or so decrease in gains if they went at it after woking out. [Dont quote me 100% on that number, take it upon yourself to look it up, but from memory, thats what i remember it being]. Long story short, a study was done and that specific study showed that their gains decresaed.
