    Hi Fellow PE'ers

    I just wanted to report the since starting JP's Beginners Program in Mid-November (and taking off 10 days over Christmas), I can proudly report the following gains:

    November 17, 2009
    5 15/16" BPEL
    4 2/5" EG

    January 19, 2010
    6 1/4" BPEL
    4 1/2" EG

    Whether these are Newbie gains or improved EQ, I'll take 'em! Very happy since I started doing PE the right way and not rushing/overworking.

    Congratulations! Those gains are significant...you must be spot on with your routine and consistent. Slow and steady wins the race. I bet you could gain an inch over the next year at the rate your going. Stick to what works and get the most mileage form it. Then move into mild to advanced exercises to accompany your already proven routine. What's important here is that you have something that is working for you!

    Wow,

    Thanks guys for the encouragement and kind words. I actually find PE relaxing and know I am doing something good. I also have come to participate in the PE GYM community after lurking for so many months. You, the members of the PE GYM are what keeps me motivated and wanting to help those in need.

    As far as my routine is concerned, I plan on sticking to JP's (Great job by the way Mr. POP) 90 day routine beyond the 90 days, with perhaps a few more intermediate exercises every couple of days to mix it up and add something new.

    Seriously, if I can gain, so can the rest of you, especially those who are considering giving up. Don't do it, the gains will come and you will have missed out on something truly special.
