hey all, just thought i would post in a let you all know that have a regular rotuine now, i am seeing more of a girth in the flaccid state and in the erect state
with 10 mins warm up, with stertching
and 15 mins jelq
is there anything else i could do to maintain this, or to improve
would like to see more length, any advice all.
would like to say aswell what a great forum this is

Please be a bit more specific with your routine. Do you mean you are stretching during your warm up? If so, I suggest that you do a full ten minute warm up without stretching. Begin stretching once the ten minutes is complete. If you choose to leave the rice sock, wet cloth, etc. on your penis while you stretch, that is your choice, but I believe it is best to let your pecker warm up while "undisturbed."
