    Hello all. I have been coping with having a small penis ever since I was a teenager. I am 30 years old now, and am finally getting to the point where it doesn't interfere with my life anymore, but that's not to say I am happy with it. I am just over 4" erect on a good day, with a diameter about that of a quarter. I'll get the exact measurements later, before I actually start PE. I've tried PE in the past but became frustrated due to my small flaccid size and diameter making jelqing very difficult, specifically the end stroke where i can almost never seem to get both hands on my member at the same time, so I am not trapping any blood in the penis. Anyone out there have some insight on what I might be able to do? I plan on starting with the beginner's workout, but I know that a repeat of the same setback will quickly diminish my enthusiasm. Any help would be appreciated.

    double ok grip jelq. this does not require all of your hands just two ok grips.

    Place and ok grip at the base of your penis. Over that with the other hand make another ok grip. Move the top ok grip up the shaft as slow as possible. Releae the top ok grip when close to the glans and re position just above the base ok grip. After every 10 jelqs switch hands.

    ok, so if i understand you correctly, the bottom ok grip isn"t moving at all. That correct?
