    I don't want to make this too long, but obviously it's taken over my life and I"m depressed. going on two weeks since symptoms started to scare me. I beleive it happened from too much exercise. I've pe'd for a few years on and off so I'm not scared of intense exercises. the only thing I did diifferent was bathmate fully pumped and slight pulling of it off my body to bring out inner penis. Heard of this online. Was carefull but not enuff. Forcing workouts when fatigued also, ignored initial signs of hard flaccid as fatigue also. which used to also freak me out, but I learned to accept that PE has negative effects on erections if done too much, fatigue! Also lots of edging in between sets and daily to porn. I think my penis hit a tipping point really. I had some pains along shaft and head some days as well, which Is when I knew something was wrong. I alos noticed somehing different this time because my penis started getting really hard, like really really hard in bad way. not bend or give since hard flaccid aswell and not reaching full size girth or length,

    It's hard to think back, but I'm positive I had this before and it got better. I really can't remember how long it took or what I did exactly but it healed on it's own. I'll get back to this. Last time I did stop quickly at the first signs if I remember correctly.

    Now that you know a bit about me, I have a theory on recovery.

    I've read the entire internet on hard flaccid few times over. But I feel not touching it leaving it alone will make it worse from my experience. Which is not so much, bu thear me out . Stay off PE for sure, but I'm starting to believe blood flow is the remedy. As I think the firm flaccid is firm because it lacks blood flow. trauma made it tighten up making it harder for blood to flow in and out, and the condition gets worse becuase the penis NEEDS blood to be healthy and repair.

    I was as hard and flaccid as it gets today, wet heated it. I use my bathmate and hold it without pumping to cover it in hot water and repeat when cooled. It eventually with enuff massaging and ligtht jelqs with reverse kegels was able to get it plump enuff to have a light gentle edeging session and give the shaft and head some expansion. It's gone right back to hard flaccid, but I feel it must help it somehow becuase it gave it a flushing of blood. I also feel the bathmate with a flaccid penis used gently can pull blood in and out, with hot water as a therapy to improve it. It does seem to improve the flaccid hang I've noticed. I keep hearing leave it alone alot, but I just can't help but feel this wil make it worse, especially if morning/ night time erections have stopped. I also feel that this is why it persists with so many people and doesn't heal fast or gets worse. I'm no expert, but I am almost about to try this as leaving it alone seems vulnerable and doesn't make sense in my mind.

    I remember alwasy playing with it when it healed last time, teh check if it's working effect and obsession we get.
    I also have had severe ED in the past, now too recently since HF. BUt I"m almost certain edging, and healthier lifestyle was teh cure. Part of this was not ejaculating as it would take me back, and make it harder to edge regularly and kill nighttime erections which were very uncommon. Like I needed to train in like a muscle, but the training was pumping blood in and out, not to get bigger, but "the don't use you loose" theory, like in the gym if out too long. I repeat, don't ejacluate for it to work, you need to keep your libido high enuff to sustain erections whenever possible without being severe. I do cialis on and off and low dose's mayt also help to keep blood flow in the area.

    I'm really not sure which way to go from here. I'm at rock bottom as my ED and libido were finally ok again after years of almost impotance in the past. which I beleivee I also restored with jelqing and PE. Which goes along with the blood flow fix. I've also heard low doese of cialis over a long peiod of time can remedy the need for it anymore and restore function to the penis. The extra blood flow heals the penis.

    I would like your thoughts on this.

    Ok I think this may be bad idea after all, as I am currently getting a dull ache in the head of my penis. I shoull have left it alone i think now.

      Cramped pelvic floor. No biggie.

      Physical therapy...
      Heat, massage, reverse kegels, light tugs, and deep squats.
      You never slow down, you never grow old!
