Im 17, and i use to masturbate alot from ages 13-16.The scar started to develope from my base till my glands on the bottom side of my penis. Its a darker caller, and just looks unattractive. Is there anyway that stretching and jelquing can help this out? is there anyway i can make it better? and less noticeable?

Excuse the awful drawing, but is this what it looks like( the squiggly lines on the shaft)? If so, mine's like that too and I think it's normal, though this probably differes from guy to guy.
Does the PE Gym need an artisit?

No, probably not.
Here's some info that I found:
That line is called the “penile raphe.” From conception until 7 weeks, fetuses have no sex difference—the genitals look fairly female. There are two sets of swellings (“urogenital swellings”), open in the middle, and a protuberance toward the front (“phallus”). After 7 weeks, for boys with typical development, the fetal testes produce testosterone, and the testosterone causes the urogenital swellings to swell, come together in the middle, and fuse, forming the scrotum and the underside of the penis. The line down the middle, called a “raphe”, is just a reminder of how all humans start out with a common female genital anatomy until 7 weeks after conception.Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

Wow thanks alot man. I always thought it was a scar that developed, turns out it is the penile raphe and not a scar. However it still doesnt change the way i feel about it. I would still like to figure out a way to get it removed. I saw a bunch of pictures of other penile raphes, and mine looks a little worse, i think its called a "split median raphe" im not sure. it looks just like the one you drew except inbetween the 2 squiggly lines, its discolored in a brownish color which is obvious and stands out. Does anybody know a way or product that i can remove this? or atleast make my penis the same color as the raphe so its not so obvious?

Thanks BMot, Good info. I don't think that can be done away with. It's just a fact of being a man. Think of it as
a mark of distinction that's yours. No one else looks like YOU.
