Well after alot of reading around i began today. I want to start slow because i very much want to avoid injury. My plan is to do PE 4 times a week. Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun.
I did a 10 min warm up using warm clothes. I used 2 clothes and changed them every min and a half to two mins. After the warm up i did stretching. I used bare hands to do these. I grabbed my penis sometimes under the head and sometimes right in the middle of my penis. Penis was pretty much always flaccid, sometimes a little hard. I stretched right, left, down and straight out. Did each twice for 30 sec.
After stretching i did my jelqs. I actually lost count as i was trying to focus on technique but i did do over 50. I used Baby Oil for lube. I sometimes had to stop as i wasnt getting an erection but actually my penis was getting more flaccid. (Anyone else have this happen to them?)
I did find the jelq hard to master.
I found myself having to used one hand to actually place right above my penis to keep it from stretching my penis out as i felt this took away from the jelq. I would use the ok grip with one hand and have the other placed above my penis to stop the skin from stretching out if you know what i mean. When i got to the top of the penis i would place the hand that was above my penis on my penis to begin the next jelq, and take the other hand and put it above my penis so on.
After the jelq i did a warm down of 5 mins with the hot clothes again.
So yeah if anyone can comment on or critique that please do. I know as i go on i will need to add more exercises and such but obviously this was Day 1 so i started slow.

Thanks for the feedback guys! After doing this for 2 weeks what should add to my routine besides obviously more jelqs.

You're lucky you mastered the jelq in the first session, I didn't find out until over half way through my second one, I'm still working on the v-jelq.

I'm quite new here too. Not much I can add to the advice already given except that I find that gripping the head for all stretching seems to work OK. One of my main reasons for getting started was to increase the size of my head which now makes it easier to grip for stretching exercises.
