    I started doing JP's beginner's routine about 3 weeks ago. My problem is that I'm doing stealth PE. So I am having trouble getting specific times and days available to get into a routine. Weekends are pretty much out for me. I'm with the family all weekend and cannot set aside 52 minutes to complete the entire routine. I AM able to find time during the day on weekdays right now.

    Also, I have found that I was getting a little sore on the 3rd day. So I decided I would try the 2 on 1 off routine. Problem is the weekends.

    Can I be successful with JP's routine if I do 2 on/1 off/2 on/2 off. (Mon/Tues on, Wed off, Thurs/Fri on, Sat/Sun off) Is the full weekend break going to effect my gains?

    Do you have another suggestions on how to handle this? I may be able to sneak in 20 mins or so on the weekend, but that's about all I figure I can disappear for.(I am trying to do bed fowfers at night) Any ideas regarding alternatives would be great. Or if you think my 2/1/2/2 routine will work, please let me know. Thanks!

    I think the soreness is actually from the stretching. My skin is sore. When I hold it to do the stretches, I feel like the skin is bunching up under my hand. Then the friction of bunched up folds is making it a little sore. It always is better after a day's rest. Any suggestions?

    Im new at this as well but i can tell you that if you do mon-tuesday, rest wednesday and then continue thursday-friday and rest on the weekend you will get there is just gonna take awhile, PE is like going to the gym doing weights or anything like that, patience and dedication also not overdoing and in your case you wont, give it a try for couple weeks and once your penis is more in form you should be able to do it Mon-fri non-stopping.

    I did that routine exactly for my first 5 weeks. 2/1/2/2.... I gained half an inch of length in 5 weeks. It should be fine (well it was for me... everyone is different).

    Yeah, everyone is different. And YOU know YOUR body the best. So listen to your body (I mean listen to your penis) and adjust your routine accordingly. If 5 on, 2 off was not good for your dick, then try something else. Maybe 2 on, 1 off works better. No need to force yourself doing something just because someone else is doing it.
