After something that alledgedly happened on Saturday, I have been under some very serious stress. In all honesty I am completely innocent of what supposedly happened...however, local police and campus security have been looking into the matter and questioning my friends and I considerably. I was even taken down to the police station and interogated like I was some rapist from Law and Order. Despite my innocence I still feel uneasy about the whole situation.
Since Saturday, my appetite has completely gone. I eat minimally over the course of the day. My bench press decreased from 225 x 8 to 225 x 6 in just one week. I also started smoking cigarettes 4-5 times per day. I skipped all my classes today to catch up on the sleep that i haven't been getting, since i've been unable to sleep well.
In other words, I'm extremely stressed out, and I'm due for a measurement on Sunday. Do you think this stress will hinder my PE/ Measurements. If so, what should I do?

Right now don't worry about PE or measurements you have to focus on your inocents. Never admit to anything you did not do. This is a trap cops use to bribe innocent peopel into confessing to crimes they did not commit!!!!. Be honest and senseer.
Do not fall for "Your friends ratted on you and blame you for entire incident". If you are innocent stick to your guns you may have to out last the interagators.
Now to help you relax a bit drink green tea. I hope this helps.
And never never have sex with a girl who i intoxicated this is trouble that can be turned against you.
For I will restore health unto thee and I will heal thee of thine wounds, saith the Lord Jeremiah 30:17

hey
when i'm stressed out with school stuff, i just go out and hang out with my friends. The fast way to get rid of stress is to hit the gym and do some intense cardio. Sprint like the devil chasin ya'. Take a nice shower and everythings gone.

yes - thanks for the advice both of you. In fact yesterday instead of proceeding with my normal workout, I rode the bike for 5 miles. I think I'll do that again later...

I find that when I'm going through a lot of stress it is the perfect time to give PE a little break. Stress can bring about some mild (albeit temporary) ED as a result of lower testosterone and therefore a lower libido. Focus on the things you should focus right now and get back to PE when you're in the right state of mind for it. You have a whole life of PE ahead of you, so taking some time off to focus on getting some bad stuff out of your life won't hurt you a bit.

I normally would just scrap PE but I have been so dedicated for a month, and I'm due for my first measurement Sunday. Its like a kid missing his first Christmas.

I wish you the best and +1 laughter is my way of staying positive. Even if it is stupid humor sometimes it does the trick. Sleep may help but try not to let things like PE affect more important matters in your life.
