  • What's wrong?

    Hey guys

At first when I attempted PE the verdict was that I was overtraining so I took a few days off and cut down the routine to:

    5-10 min warm up
Stretch all directions 10s (10 Kegals each)
    5 min jelq (light)
    Edge 5-10 min
    Warm down

    While:
    -100 k /rk during the day
    No porn

    2 on, 1 off

It's only been a few days but it's just feels kinda loose down there. And my eq is not really increasing but my flaccid kinda looks better

    Is this down time normal?

If your EQ is down & there's no morning wood, back off the stretches for a day or two. If your flaccid hangs better and feels larger in your hand without stimulation, then you'll be fine. If you're turtling a lot more, drop your PE completely for a few days until your EQ is back and the turteling stops.

What if I'm turtling less but my eq is about the same (but with a lose feeling)

And I never really have morning wood like I used to (say 3 years ago) anyway

      What do you think?

If the loose feeling is coming from the base of your shaft, that's just normal ligs stretch, reveling more of your inner penis. If there's no pain or soreness at your base, around your pelvic bone / ligs, then it's normal. Don't stretch so intensely when doing PE if that loose feeling bothers you. But there's really nothing wrong if there's no pain or soreness. Your ligs will relax more as you progress in PE, that's a normal result of exercise. As your girth & hang improves when flaccid, the added weight will build your ligs more to carry your larger penis. Just don't stress over it. PE takes time and your body is just adjusting to the new exercises. Edging will help increase blood flow and stamina, making your larger flaccid feel better. I suggest you start edging daily to increase blood-flow and heal faster. You can find edging info on the pre-E forums. Just do a search.

If your EQ has dropped since starting PE then back off some. It sounds like you are saying that your EQ was down before starting. If that is the case then continue on with PE. PE is a great way to increase EQ.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

So the looseness is normal while I'm erect too?

A general looseness around your base when beginning PE is normal for a newbie, as long as there's no soreness or pain. EDGE, like I told you! It will increase your stamina and you'll feel better. Also, have sex more often, too. Nothing works your ligs and builds them like long sex sessions, trying different positions while erect. Your ligs get a REALLY good workout from sex at different angles, and SEX improves stamina as well! Vigorous thrusting & "jackhammer" sex from a prone position (you on bottom / missionary) will prevent you from overextending your ligs, but allow enough upward angle to exercise & build them up. Also gives you a good ABS workout, too! It's a WIN-WIN!!!

Be careful with "cowgirl" though, if she bends your erection too far back when facing you & grinding or thrusting, that can overextend your ligs, causing pain / sprain. Cowgirl is a fun workout, but it needs to begin as a slow grinding and twisting of your cock until she's HOT; then she can do her UP & DOWN moves, riding your "horsey" "home"! Just keep her hips aligned with yours to prevent too much angle, and MAKE SURE you're FULLY ERECT, to prevent torque or bending your shaft oddly while she's in a "gallop"! Hope this helps!
