So I started and stopped and started again and stopped but i swear it has done more damage constantly starting and stopping with PE'ing.
Im just going to start of with JP's Routine for a few days very simple (after i injured myself last time going overboard with some exercises).
I have a question for all those ppl with awesome dedication.
Have you ever lost size? Like when i was PE'ing for a while i started gaining a fair bit and then suddenly when i re-measured a few days later (whilst still PE'ing i was noticeably smaller). Is this normal?
