  • EQ trouble

I have been seeing a decline in my EQ over the first two weeks of the program. I tried to drop reps and sometimes only do stretching. I don't have an turtling or what I notice of NEG PI. But loss of EQ concerns me. I have noticed less morning wood but I believe that has been changing over the last year due to my age. 37.

Current work out is a reduced jp90.

I am wondering if this is normal in the beginning or if I should take a break for a week or so

It's a sign of overworking it. Take a few days off until your EQ returns and start back up with your reduced JP90 and see what happens. Yo may be one of those where less is more.

Im 38 and found the full JP90 was too much for me. So I backed off and saw gains. I now do a split. ESL40 all day. 2pm 15 min jelq. 8pm 20min clamp and done.
      Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

      Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

      Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg
