Hey lovethis,
I would really like to say something that could help you mate but your post is really heavy to read. It's just a one big paragraph and it has neither commas or periods. Actually I am not sure I understand your situation because the way you write.
But what I do understand that you were gaining in the beginning so what I would suggest that go back in the very beginning and start again. Start with your own beginner's routine or try JP's 30 day newbie routine. Remember warming up and have more day offs. Personally I don't like 5 on, 2 off system. Maybe just do 2 on, 1 off.
Losing size definitely is a negative PI so that would really suggest that something is happening with your programme. It does not suit you and it needs to be changed.
Or maybe you just measured wrong?
Cheers mate! Take it easy now.Last edited by Elias; 01-28-2010 at 02:52 PM.
