Thread: Days on or off?

I've been peing for about 3 month dedicated now. Having a few injuries along the way, like turtling for a day or two or soreness a
few times. I'm almost certain this has been my setback. I do feel my dick is capable for more intense exercises, so recently I have been doing harder jelqs, but the result soreness and hard faccid again, feeling I lost it all again. So I have not yet seen any results, perhaps only a little longer flaccid. I'm having a few days time out.
When starting again, which days would fit me the best after exercising 3 months?
I guessed, that doing a more intense harder jelq workout 1 day and having 1 rest day the next feeling bigger?
This would be the best way but still uncertain. The problem I'm facing is that doing 5 days on and 2 off easily makes
my dick feel sore because I do like doing it harder...
So, after 3 months should I do:
1 on/1 off = intense jelqs
5 on/2 off = basic beginner routine, light jelqs
Please help, failing over and over again is frustrating. Without any visible results after 3 months
makes me feel so sad. Trying to look positive at this.
I hope this is not a confusing post...
PS. having no body fat at all, except for a bit on the stomach. Do never workout in the gym.
My body do heal quickly tho. I believe having hard time building muscles generally.
I eat my vitamins every day and have been on omega-3 during these months, also started taking multi-vitamins
capsule form. I'm a vegetarian, and have been eating a lot of soya products lately, I've read that this
could hinder testosterone building up. So I will stop right away.

You say you have taken injuries and this has set you back but you want to step up training and you like doing hard jelqs that make you hurt? I don't think you have the right attitude whatsoever for PE. It sounds to me like you are making the classic beginners mistake which is to try as hard as possible to make gains, but all you are going to do is hurt yourself - oh wait, you already have. You have to remember that in the beginning of PE that LESS IS MORE! If you have been exercising for 3 months and only making yourself sore this has in no way conditioned your penis so you are essentially right where you started off. IF SOMETHING HURTS, DON'T DO IT.
My advice? Get yourself on JP's beginner routine doing LIGHT jelqs, doing 5 on 2 off, if you start turtling or are getting sore then switch to 2 days on 1 day off. If you last the three months doing only JP's routine with light jelqs then come back and I'll listen some more, if you even just think that you can handle more then don't bother.
