    I want to start edging maybe 20-30 min 3days per week , i do have a gf and we usually end up having sex on fridays or weekends .
    Is it ok if i dont ejaculate when edging and save ir for sex ?
    I wAnt better erections , better eq, and be able to control myself.
    i wont be watching any porn as i ditched porn ans masturbating a month ago and i am seeing nice results ... My eq was really bad with partners and couldnt maturbate without porn. Also can this build such sexual tension that on sex days i will be really aroused and my libido will be really high ?

    Edging without ejaculation is a GREAT exercise that will build libido, improve and cement gains and help control pre-E for guys that get off too quickly for satisfying sex. Having said that, it's good to ejaculate with enough force to clear the prostate 3 X / week. During sex is the BEST way to accomplish that. Fully evacuating the prostate encourages greater volume of healthy sperm and seminal fluid production naturally, so it's a VERY GOOD lifestyle practice every male should do.

      I tried edging today after my routine. First attempt was successful held back just before I came.... Second attempt not so successful, as I tried to stop I released a little cum, didn't shoot my full load. Should I leave edging until I've become stronger at Kegals.
      Ive avoided porn and masturbation for the last five days( it's a start)
      this forum has become my new addiction. ������

        Just keep practicing a balanced K:RK routine (60:40). Focus on your RK's by doing squats & (DOG/CAT) yoga poses in the people gym to strengthen & balance your pelvic floor BC muscles. You'll get the "hang" of it. Be careful when ejaculating not to reverse ejaculate into your bladder. That's a bad habit to develop, as it can cause a urinary tract or bladder infection if done frequently. Instead, when you lose IK control edging, just go ahead and fully ejaculate instead of holding back, once you cross the PONR threshold. It's healthier for you to FULLY ejaculate than just partially, IMO.
