I want dat girf. a n d d a t l e n g t h
I heard that girth is harder to gain than length is!
is there an average length to girth gain ratio? It must be up to the exercised themselves.
If i did a newbie routine.. what sort of gains in GURTH, could I expect to see in about 3-4 months? .3" ? .2"?

You'll get what you get. Don't put a time line on it as there is no magic fomula to say what you'll get, when, etc. Make a commitment, do it a see what happens!

In my experience, most men gain measurable length to girth at a ratio of 2:1. Consider this though:
A penis 6" x 5" will give you a cubic volume of 157. Add 1" in length (7" x 5") and you get 182. If you were to add 1/2" in girth instead (6" x 5.5"), you'd get 188! So, even though measureable girth seems harder to come by, you get a lot more cubic penile volume out of it
