Warm up 10-15 min in the shower
10 minutes of stretches and heli's
20 V jelqs (ones where you go toward your toes)
20 OK grips
20 V
20 OK
50 strong kegels with 50-100% erection
15-20 min of edging
Warm down if I can.
Is 80 too little?
Any comments or advice are appreciated.

I don't get some people, if you're just starting (which it looks like you are because there are no advanced exercises) just do JP's routine for 90 days then you can make your own. Yes, you can add the kegels and edging after but you're just doing a lesser version of his work-outs.
And I would strongly recommend the warm down as I can feel how much it helps.

go back to the basics , make a routine only if you have experience(not intune with ur penis)
i would start out with
5min stretch and 5 min jelgs and a few kegels 3 times a week in the shower and increase it by 20 seconds every session ,(that was my routine)
or you follow JP'sS beginner routine

Or you can both go read Kingpole's routine which was for BEGINNERS.
First off, he said OK grips were fine and that you should do 40 MINIMUM.
Second, I will start warming down.
Let me re-phrase, can a mod or a highly repped member comment on the routine? Mainly if I strictly need to do 40 jelqs for Kingpoles routine or if I can do more.

Simple answer: if Kingpole reccommends it, then it's high quality and effective. Go for it snowblind3.

Alturnating from ok grip to v grip is an excellent idea. Warm downs should be done though. Great routine. You can do this by doing a bed fowfer for 20 minutes after edging helps to soothe things away.

Ok awesome. As well as a warm down it also serves to stretch the flaccid length correct?
Also, why is there only 40 reps on your original? It seems like it would be too little (only reason I say is because I'm comparing the JP's).
Any update on this one?

Ah ok, then I will stick to 80. I do them at about 5 seconds, I'll try slower. And I thought kegels gave you a better EQ?
