Hello this is my first so from all the information I've read on both the issues in the Title I just want to ask a few questions. I'm 21yo.
Bit of back story: I used to be a porn addict (1-2x every night death grip) but have been slowly removing it and barely watching it for over a year now, I rarely masterbate but when I do it's without lube or condom, I know stupid.
Anyways I started having sex with girls again but my issues are inability to orgasm (can have sex for over 4 hours and not cum), erections don't stay hard constantly go flaccid and have to get hard again.
I used to not be able to achieve an erection with a real girl and even if I did I could only finish myself, had to wank very hard. But with cutting out porn and masterbating less frequently, I've now been able to get erections again when kissing girls, stay somewhat hard when having sex so it's definitely improving.
However my questions:
I am going to do kegels/reverse kegels for EQ?
I am going to continue to stop watch porn and when I masterbate I will use lube a condom and more lube and use a very light grip.
I am going to start taking vitamin D for sensitivity.
Is there anything else I can use maybe a oil for sensitivity and do you think kegels and rk are enough to maintain solid erections.
