    Hello everyone, just making my first post and introducing myself.

    I'm 21 years old and I after spending a lot of time thinking about it, I made the decision to dedicate myself to PE.
    I love being able to please my partner and fulfill all their desires so being well endowed is a large priority of mine.
    I'm told that my size is just fine and that's sweet/beautiful and all but of course I wouldn't doubt being bigger would be much much better and very appreciated : )

    I'm a complete beginner to PE so I'm taking it slow and looking for the most efficient/steady gains.
    How ever I am looking to maximize my time spent training to get the most I can of it without over doing it.
    "Less is more"

    My starting measurements:
    Erection length not bone pressed: 5.5"
    Erection length with very good EQ: 5.8"
    BPEL with very good EQ: 6"
    EG: 5""

    My Goals:
    My goals for the next 3-6 months would be 6.5" BPEL.
    My final goal would be 7.5" with an average erection length and 5.25" in girth which I hope to achieve in the next 2 years.

    What I am starting out with: (Training)
    I wake up 4:30 in the morning as it gives me enough time and privacy to train PE without interfering with my schedule. I do these 2 days on, 1 day off.

    I warm up for 10 minutes at the bare minimum with a hot wash cloth and reheat it every minute.
    I do fowfers/btc (laying left, right and down) 30 sec each
    Jelquing for 10 minutes - 3 second strokes at 30-60%
    Edging for 5 minutes just to stay erect/engorged.
    Mild rotary stretches x 5 to left and right
    5 Minute warm down and clean up ( Usually in the shower, Hot washcloth or heating pad depending on privacy)

    I've given myself plenty of time to adjust my work out and add to it but I'm trying to keep it simple as I learn how to Jelq/stretch optimally.



    Through out the day:
    In terms of supplementary exercises I do my very best to have a semi-erection through out the day despite my EQ needing a lot of work.

    I also do Kegels through out the day, I try for 10 seconds at the very least and I can do 15 seconds consistently.
    I'm starting out with 50 a day and will progress slowly through the coming weeks.
    I also mindfully relax the muscles that allow me to hold a kegel with deep breathing as well.

    I'm also going to try to steer clear of porn and not ejaculate more than twice a week at the limit.

    *Opinion has changed, this routine is way too intense for a beginner and I do not recommend doing it- it will start to wear on you through out the weeks.* Now I just do them casually through out the day while also taking important note to relax my kegal muscles when I'm not using them.


    Supplements:
    I'm 21 years old, I eat very healthy and train 3 hours a day, 6 times a week. I make sure to keep my sleep schedule very consistent and I'd like to optimize my EQ naturally the best I can.
    I'm just starting off with just a cup of green tea that I refill 3 times until the satchel is fully used.
    I'm looking to slowly add to it in terms of ingredients without impacting my digestive health too much as I improve my EQ.

    My rational/thinking of training:
    I just started so my technique in Jelqing/stretching is not 100%, which is why I'm starting off slow.

    Jelqing:
    I feel my jelqing may be too tight as I had trouble with EQ, but that may be incorrect as I am gentle and feel no discomfort while doing it.- it could be my EQ just isn't good. I do helicopter shakes when ever I fall below 30%
    I am uncircumcised and I keep my glands/tip exposed through out jelqing/warm up the best I can.

    During Jelquing I keep my free hand to bury my index and middle finger at each side of my cock and press down on the remaining layer of fat to fully expose my penis while being careful not to restrict blood flow. I do this to hold my foreskin back at the base as well as well as getting a deeper grip on it.
    While doing that my jelqing hand uses a well lubricated okay grip for 3 jelqs and then I switch to reverse ok grip for another 3 jelqs. After this I switch hands and once again and do the same thing with the free hand.

    This sort of feels natural to me and I feel like I need to because I'm uncut but I'd like to hear what others have to say.

    *Opinion has changed on Jelqing w/ retracted foreskin.
    I saw some information saying that jelqing/stretching with your foreskin pulled back is irrelevant so I'm no long going to bother with it as it takes a lot of time and I don't see much of a difference during PE.

    Stretching:
    I have experimented quite a bit over the years and I feel that straight down, straight out and fowfers give me the best/optimal feeling of stretching. Maybe I'm doing it incorrectly but other angles feel like a waste of time.
    I maybe incorrect on this and I'd love to be convinced otherwise. *Opinion has completely changed since, basic stretching is very important.
    Stretching completely flaccid is crucial.

    I'd appreciate any of your advice/constructive feed back!
    Just keep in mind I started 2 days ago and I want to keep things minimal/optimal for the time being- but I'd love to look into the future as time/money is not a factor while remembering "Less is more" of course.

    Changing my PE slightly as I've learnt a lot more through my last few sessions: (4 sessions so far)

    Warm up for 10 minutes - Giving a total of 15 min to allow for cloth reheating,etc.
    Basic Stretching Routine: ( Straight out, Down, Up, Left, Right, LU, RU, LD, RD ) x 30 sec each x 2 sets
    Jelqing x 10 min - Giving a total of 15 min to allow for relubing, increasing/decreasing erection level
    Edging x 5 min
    Basic Stretching Routine: x 30 sec each x 3 sets
    Warm down with cloth/shower x 6 min

    (As convenient as a heating pad is, I don't find it as effective)

    Depending on my EQ I've measured my BPEL to 6.2 - 6.25 but it has been very inconsistent.
    I don't consider these gains but I'm more than happy to have stronger erections since starting.

      Just an update after finishing my 6th workout yesterday as I'm resting today.

      My BPEL measurements this morning were slightly over 6.25" with just average EQ.
      I'm still skeptical of this being "gains" or "growth" as I could of just as easily stretched out all the slack out of my unit and been having proper blood flow since starting PE- but regardless it is called "Penis Exercise" and I can definitely see I have a healthier, longer and thicker looking penis because of it. I'm even more motivated to see if I will grow past these "newbie/superficial" gains.

      (Superficial meaning: Progress being shown because I'm doing PE, not from PE. Meaning if I stopped PE would I simply go back down to my old measurements?")

        As far as foreskin back or not, ive always performed jelqing with it forward and I cant see how it's even possible to do it with the foreskin back unless you use two hands.

        Stretching is the opposite for me though, I always stretch with the foreskin back and holding just behind the head. I feel a better stretch inside of the shaft doing it this way which I feel is beneficial.

          I've heard a lot of conflicting information on the forums which is why I was confused about foreskin placement when I first started.
          I agree with you 100% about the jelqing how ever I haven't tried stretching with the foreskin back so I'll see how that feels.

            DO KEGELS.
            5 Minutes added to your routine per day, or even multiple times a day will help you see HUGE improvements in EQ. Makes it easier to keep E% higher while doing your jelqing. Also gives you a little bit of size.

              Thanks for simplifying it pe117, I think 5 minutes is definitely do-able without overdoing it as a beginner.
              Consider it added to my routine, will make sure to update my progress.

                Suggestion: It's simple and a time saver to do your stretches and kegels simultaneously (kegels count your holds), before lubing up for jelqs.

                  That's a good point, I'll definitely do it during my warm up as I usually just stand around and wait in front of the sink to reheat the cloth or in the shower on the warm down.
                  I'll spread them around through out the day but I'll make sure to commit to at least 5 min in a row to count it as a session.

                    I like to use an app that gives me varying times of hold. There's this one in the google store called K-Workout or something that has a few built-in routines and lets you create your own, too. I like the way it works because it has 3 sections to each kegel - Squeeze, Hold, Rest. Squeeze & Hold are exactly the same thing so what I've done is created an alternating system of Squeeze, Reverse Kegel, Squeeze. This way, the time of each hold is different and slightly more challenging. I get both kinds of kegels in and am done in 5 minutes.

                    Might be difficult to do that at the same time as stretches, but I went ahead and bought an ADS so I don't have to worry about that anyway. =p

                      Just an update as I just finished my 8th PE workout- resting tomorrow.
                      With average EQ my BPEL is (6.625)
                      After/during edging my highest BPEL is 6.75" so this is a measurement dependent on EQ

                      This marks me at two weeks of PE and so far the length gains have been ridiculous and not at all what I've been expecting. ( I was thinking at least 2 months)
                      Regardless this leaves me speechless, I don't expect my progress to continue at this rate but I won't be changing a single thing.
                      I'm committed to this routine for 3 months just so I can have that experience and know how to change it later on.

                      My biggest weaknesses right now would be:
                      Erection Quality- I really have to step up my kegals through out the day (without over doing them) and do everything I can for the best EQ. If I get this I definitely see more gains in BPEL
                      For the future:
                      Girth- I'm more than happy to keep gaining length but I haven't seen my girth change in any measurable way.
                      I'll continue my routine but I look forward to finding PE options for gaining girth for future routines.

                      Right now I'm just happy to get the gains I got and it's got me even more excited to keep PE-ing!
                      I have no intentions in increasing workout frequency, etc until I'm done with my 3 months.

                      Here is my routine now:

                      Warm up for 10 minutes (set the timer for 15 min to give enough time for reheating cloth, etc)
                      Basic Stretching Routine: ( Straight out, Down, Up, Left, Right, LU, RU, LD, RD ) x 30 sec each x 3 sets
                      Jelqing x Giving a total of 15 min to allow for relubing and adjusting erection level if its too high/low
                      Edging x 5 min+ (depending how much time I have)
                      Basic Stretching Routine: x 10 sec each x 6 sets * (stretch in 10 sec intervals because you may experience discoloration from the pressure of stretching + edging and having your penis recently engorged with blood)
                      Warm down with cloth/shower x 6 min

                      At any point in the day I find 5 minutes as suggested just to Kegal.
                      I also do Kegals through out the day when I find the time.

                      I'll be looking into improving my kegal workouts as PE117 suggested as well as getting experience to find the right routine for me.

                        Consistently my BPEL is 6.625, my next short term goal will obviously be 6.75.
                        I read that measuring often is quite a deterrent and I definitely feel that way.
                        Today is my 10th day of PE, tomorrow is a rest day. I'm very happy with my gains but I think it's best if I don't look for them and instead they come when it's time.


                        I will continue my routine and do everything I can not to miss a single day as everything been going perfectly so far.
                        I'll make my next update at the end of the month.

                          So this will mark one months time of PE for me and today I'm consistently measuring at 6.75" BPEL and 6.825" when edging.

                          So far I'm extremely happy of where I'm at and stoked that I have no discoloration on my penis, added curvature or any other problems.

                          I'm looking to keep making consistent gains without going overboard so I will continue my current routine (3 months, 2 more to go) but I'm definitively looking at what I can change in future routines.

                          My progress so far:
                          Starting measurements:
                          BPEL: 5.85"

                          My measurements now:
                          BPEL: 6.75" +(slightly higher depending on EQ)

                          My goals:
                          For the next month (7/31/2016): 7" BPEL
                          My goals for 2017: 7.85"

                            So after some consideration I took to create a more structured and measured routine to keep track of progress later as I already know I'll be investing some serious time into PE in the future.

                            For the next month I'm looking to build on this routine
                            The volume is a bit lower than usual but I plan on building up from it gradually.

                            Wash Cloth Warm Up: 15 Minutes
                            Stretching: ( Straight out, Down, Up, Left, Right, LU, RU, LD, RD ) x 30 sec each x 3 sets
                            Jelqing: Starting at 200 reps and adding 15 reps every two sessions.
                            (1 stroke = 1 rep)

                            Kegels: 50 reps of 3 sec (+10 reps every week) - 1 session a day

                            (I still need to figure out my stamina routine so I can track it better; will update on this later)

                            Wash cloth warm down: 6 min
