I was wondering if after taking a shower, I could use the heat in that shower as a warm up instead of soaking in a hot towel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Warm water instead of a moist towel

Do a search on the forums ... you'll find references to a rice sock around the place.
A warm shower is one option for a warm up if you're stuck for an alternative.
Hot towels are good but you can also try holding Mr Happy a glass of warm to hot water ... be careful though!! Test before you dip!!! This can work well and give you consistent all round heat.
But a sock filled with rice (any kind) and sewn or knotted at the top is the way to go.
Microwave ovens vary ... but I zap mine for 35 to 40 seconds then wrap it round my unit for 10 minutes while I shave and brush my teeth.
Who said only women can multi-task!!!!

I have been watching and reading the various threads and posts about Warming Up over the last week or so. I have tried a hot moist towel and also a hot water cup but I am coming to the opinion that the rice sock might be the answer. Will now try.28/12/09: BPEL 6.00 EG 4.75 FL 4.50

I actually recently read that moist heat would be best, as it penetrates deeper and quicker.https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...-8x6-25-a.html <-- log
