does anyone have before and after pics? i just want to see the results. i think if people see the results it make them more dedicated to their routines

There aren't too many pictures on here. Check out *************, there's a lot of picture progress threads there.
Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG
Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG
Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG

People would be more dedicated if they would put the effort in and actually try. They would be able to see gains... their own gains.
Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
