
PE Journey
This is going to be an attempt at tracking my progress of my PE journey. I started back in 2012 but stopped shortly after, due to lack of interest and time constraints. I have continued lurking but just recently have gotten back into it. Starting with the JP90 routine (unless there has been a more improved routine for beginners since last I checked) this week and progressing further from there. Looking forward to what is to come.
Goals:
1) Post a blog update at least once per week
2) Improve overall health & fitness
Along with the PE, I am also starting my second round of Insanity and weight training this week. The last 60 days I lost about 18lbs overall and so I hope to continue that trend to cut my body fat percentage down some.
