    I posted this in the new member introduce yourself section but got no replies so I thought I would put it here!!
    Again my main concern is the bit about the lumps appearing on the right side (its now 2 lumps) would love some feed back.


    Hi guys,

    I would just like to say thanks to this site and that I wish I had found it before paying $50 on another site for the same info!!

    Just to have a resource like this so you know your not alone and other people have the same problems is a real help mentally!!

    I have been PEing for about 2 weeks now and already have improved (rock hard) erections as well as improved flacid lenght and girth( I turtled alot) so if I gain nothing else from this experience I am already very happy with whats going on!!

    I do have a couple of Questions for you guys firstly my main focus is Girth definitly so is sticking to the Begginers program good for this??

    The only negative thing I have is Doughnut like lump appearing on the right side of my Penis about an inch from the base, its not painfull but its been more obvious since PEing. Any Idea's ??

    Health is a major concern in all PE and in general life. During PE, I can say that I have taken risks and gone further than I should have. I paid the toll once by overworking and now I have a small battle scar. By paying attention to instructions and maybe doing some research, you can see that the best gains come from FORM and TECHNIQUE as suppose to FORCE and SPEED. PE takes patience.

    That being said, you might want to make sure and double check that all your PEing is in top notch. If this bump or two are getting bigger from PEing, then a break is recommended. There is no shame in stopping for awhile to maintain health. The bump is most likely from consistent rubbing from PE or exercise offsets. Throw some Neosporin on it 3 times a day while taking a break from PE and you should e fine.

    The beginner routine is exactly what it is. Beginner. Follow the routine to ready your penis for more advanced exercises and to loosen its tissues. When you are done with the beginner routine, research other existing routine and exercises within the forums. Be sure to checkout other people logs for their issues and success. So to directly answer your girth question, CONSTRUCT YOUR GIRTH FOCUS AFTER THE BEGINNER ROUTINE BY IMPLEMENTING OTHER EXERCISES

      PE shouldn't cause any kind of bumps on your shaft. Can you describe it in more detail? Is it visible? It could be a thrombosed vein.

          Its like a bump but when you touch it its not hard or anything and it causes no pain what so ever. When you look at the right side of my penis you can see slight rise like there is a little half doughnut under the skin, maybe I should get it checked out by the doctor.


          Thanks for your replies I guess PE is a lot like going the the gym - slow and controlled concentrating on perfect form!! Gradually increasing the workload.
