  • Doing something right, wrong ?!?!

    OK I've read about a few injuries from PE in this forum. I thought I had a thrombised vein, but after jelqing through, past and over it, I can find no trace of it (means it couldnt have been a thrombosed vein, right?);
    I've been hanging increasing weight for 20 mins a pop for 2-4 sets per day five days a week on a homemade device, with no negative side effects. I'm currently up to 10 pounds for 3 sets.
    I 5 point jelq for sets of 100 in each direction, then v-jelq for 2 sets of 100
    I then do semi-erect bends for about 15 mins.
    I do this 4-5 days a week, with weekends off.

    I do pee stretches every day.

    my current fsl is 7 inches, up from 6 inches 2 months ago. My NBPEL is 6" even--up from 5.5"; I havent been meausring girth simply because I've been happy with my girth, but that is up too because some of my hangin devices dont fit anymore.

    I thought I was jelqing too much and doing too much but It seems like im gettin GREAT results. I always had a pretty active and vigorous sex life, so perhaps that served as sort of a conditioning regiment pre-PE, but like I said It doesnt seem like I should be able to do what im doing and get results w/o injury, but it seems like I am. PLease advise!!
    7/31/08 Starting EL=5.5 Girth 6 bpel=6
    10/20/08 EL= 6.25, Girth ?? , BPEL=7.5
    1/04/09 el=6.25 Girth 6.12, bpel=7.5, fsl 8
    8/06/09 el =6.5; girth 6.12; bpel=7.5; fsl 8.125
    Forget the NUMBERS, I went from "you have a nice cock" to "you have an Amazing Cock" !!

    Congrats- it looks like you're on the right track Find a routine that's right for you [it looks like you have], force regular progress, take layoffs as needed and never train through an injury.

      Big Al, when you say "force regular progress", what do you mean by that? What would be a good approach to achieve this, and hove do you force it?

        Thanks for reading and responding to my post. Oh yeah BigAl, near the end of the week or when ever the hanging weight is feeling lighter, I do the squat things you recommend and a lil pedulum swing (forward and back; as well as side to side) for 100 swings on the last set.
