    Hey Guys!

    It’s my first post but I read you since a while!
    First gentlemen please excuse my English writing skill, my native language is French.

    I’m doing PE since 8month now and I rarely miss a session!
    I really want to have a bigger tool it always has one of my dream.

    Before asking you my question, I will share my success with you!

    I didn’t gain any in length but I made some in girth!
    In 5 week I went from 4.8inch to 5.2inch.

    Believe me friend; just this has greatly improved sex! The wife loves it!

    Here is my routine:

    5days/week

    9:30am : 15minutes session : stretching every direction.
    A mix-up of pulls, stretch with kegel and passive stretch.

    12:00 : 10minutes of Kegel

    3:00pm : 15minutes session : Begin by edging a little, Full erection super slow Dry Jelq very hard grip. A kind of a mix between a ULI-3 and a Dry jelq. Kinda my cock is about to explode. I got regularly some red spot from this but they disappear quickly after the wet jelq.

    5:00pm : 20 minute of wet jelq, 65% erect.


    Now, Since I got no result in length a have some question …

    Does the Wet Jelq exercise can make some gain in length?

    What is the best exercise for length?

    What are you thinking about my routine, do you see problem in it ?

    Also, I’m seeking for a advanced Peer who got great result to coach me.

    Maybe you are gaining only in girth because your routine is quite focused on girth !!!

    At least you are gaining, and gaining a loooot in girth

      Your working only girth. You need to start on the beginers 90 day routine this will help you gain length. PE first then Edge. You need to wet jelq with 60% erection or less.

        Hi,

        No device for now.
        I begin to think about buying a device that I can wear the day, like the penis master.

        My Idea was to put 1 exercise specialized for girth, 1 for length, and 1 for both.

        Apparently the girth one seams to work !!! That really good !!!

        But for length ... I don't know what to think ... Because my stretchering is pretty intense, and give some flaccid results witch is better that nothing ... but not really useful.

        I was thinking if I do right, I should see at least little result ... maybe I have to wait more ...


        Does device such as Penis Master give some result ?
        Because ... they cost a lot ......

          I do ...

          - 15minutes session : stretching every direction.A mix-up of pulls, stretch with kegel and passive stretch.

          - 15minutes session : Girth exercise (mix between a ULI-3 and a Dry jelq.)
          - 20 minute of wet jelq, 65% erect.


          But The beginner routine is basically stretch, kegel, and wetjelq.
          I do that ! its just that in to the top of it I do a girth exercise.

          Dose my girth exercise can slow the length progress???

          I was thinking that stretching and wetjelq are lenght exercise ...
          Honestly I don't really get why my routine is focus on girth and the beginner routine is not ...

            Yep, jelq at a lower erection level say around 50% and drop the uli's for a couple of months to see if that encourages growth.

              Ok, So probably that my Wet Jelq was done with to more erection. That Great news, I will modify my routine for some length now.

                if you want length I would get an extender. Also, maybe only have 10 min total of girth work and 20 of stretches.. If length is your goal, you want more stretches rather then girth work.

                  Create Cycle ....

                  This discussion gave me the Idea to do 3 month Cycle.

                  I was thinking of something like that:

                  6 week length
                  1week rest
                  6 week length

                  1week rest

                  6 week Girth
                  1week rest
                  6 week Girth

                  and loop that until the goal is reach ...

                  What you guys think about this ?

                    I don't know . but it's OK to try. One point that you can not forget is to increase little by little your routine if you stop gaining . But only quantity, and not intensity. Try to add some 2 minutes in each session every 2 weeks if you find that you stopped gaining.

                      Stats: Start: 8/1/10: BPEL 7" x 5" FL 5" x 4"
                      Goals: ST
                      BPEL 7.5" x 5.5" LT EL 10" x 7"
