I just realized that on the main page information for some one new to get registered does not catch sight. You have to look for it whereas it is much easily to see about frequently asked questions etc. I thought with the list on the right top hand corner there should be mention that the site is free and how to register.
This is what I think but it will be helpful to know what is the consensus.
