Here goes to day one of starting with Big Al as my coach, im going to make a pledge to update this daily whether im home or away for the next 8 months this is my diary of gains. Im going to break everything down day by day and workout by workout so if im successful I can help many many men in the process, but first and foremost this will be a huge dedication to BigAl and his teachings. Ill be taking lots and lots of pictures so everyone stay tuned to my transformation.

    Day one of my true pegym/mecoach journey.

    Its simple, very simple. Working on nothing besides EQ and how long I can hold myself from cumming prematurely. A problem I have but have never gone against head on.

    Iv been doing sets of 25 kegels, about everytime I go to the bathroom. Then everytime I masturbate I do it for 20 mins before I cum and kegel hard to stay away for the PONR.

    Same name, same game.

    20 mins and this time just cut it off completely, didn't even cum after and headed to the gym!
    Had a good workout and felt great, but defiantly felt the fatigue in my penis.

    Another two big workouts knocked out, Flaccid is hanging a lot better due to all the workingout. I have been doing one day I cum and one I haven't, this may change and may not but that's why this is here, and hopefully ends as a great success story. To whom ever may be reading this ill stay as strict as I possibly can, so that come time youll have a great day by day guideline on holding yourself back from the PONR.

    What iv noticed most from this is that while standing I can hold myself back the most, the theory I think is because you tighten your ass (or kegel) which makes you harder, and holds you back. Next time im having sex ill be sure to think about it and give an update.
