was just wondering if clamping directly after pumping would acheive quicker gains? thinking of possibly doing both in a few more months, looking for the fastest and most efficent way to make girth gains..

As for your question, it really depends. The way PE works is you have to gradually increase the intensity. If you jump into clamping + pumping without being conditioned for it, you'll cause nothing but harm and no gains. On the other hand, if you're experienced in both, you might want to gradually (keyword!) incorporate them together.

It has been five years since the previous post. But since it is in the Beginners Forum, it is always good to review the dangers of starting an advanced exercise without proper conditioning. Pumping itself is an advance exercise and needs to approached cautiously and only after conditioning your dick through three months of a Biginners' routine. Even then, a novice pumper should carefully read through the pumping threads in the Devices Forum to familiarize yourself with safe and proper pumping procedures and techniques.
In my opinion, clamping after pumping is even more advanced than pumping alone and needs to be approached in a gradual and cautious manner as indicated by powerman. I started clamping after a year of pumping; however, I had been using tight constriction bands for a number of years to overcome my ED.
