Ap90 + jelq free routine blog

1) Fill out my blog daily.
2) Observe my stats and routine
3) Be consistent
AP90 day 1
I'm on cycle2 jelq free routine, just finished 1st week.
I started my 2nd cycle with 25 10sec squeezes and 700 sidetoside stretches.
I will be adding 5squeezes every week and 100 s2s stretches.
I have been consistent with PE now 6months and haven't gained very much, like 0.2inch in lenght but no girth gains.
When i hit 7" nbpel i will start concentrating to gaining girth. Clamping pumping etc.
Right now i have Bathmate, thickwall pump and penimaster pro. I used penimaster pro 400h and due to privacy issues i had to stop, i'm thinking about starting again like 2-3h a day. Until i hit my 7" NBPEL.
I used pump in november but i overtrained and left it out before im more conditioned.
