So this month has started off well. I have done the full routine all but 2 days so far, on which I stretched or had sex. I'm happy with that, though I wish I could muster the effort every day. So I took a week of and started my work out today with heat and some jelqs for 5 mins before pumping. I think the rest was a great thing because I have to say when I was pumping it felt like I couldn't pump enough.
