    Challenging stamina with a fleshlight

    So this month has started off well. I have done the full routine all but 2 days so far, on which I stretched or had sex. I'm happy with that, though I wish I could muster the effort every day.

    That said, I thought I would cover the logic behind the routine and perhaps hear someone else's opinion on it. I start out with an obligatory warm-up, and move into jelqing, for about 30 minutes.

    So I took a week of and started my work out today with heat and some jelqs for 5 mins before pumping. I think the rest was a great thing because I have to say when I was pumping it felt like I couldn't pump enough. I did only a couple 10 min session with heat and jelqs in the middle I measured girth after pumping and it was a shy over 6.5 inches all over..Wow.

    I had to stretch some more because I could not fit it in my Quick extender Pro.. Slapped it in there finally and over flowed ...
