    Know any exercises that can be used for targeting overall size of the penis head?

    I find that due to my foreskin, when jelqing I have to use an overhand OK grip, other wise my hand just slides right forward. This works fine for stretching but feels as if it’s compressing the head. I don’t know, maybe i'm imagining it because the grip shields my eyes from seeing the head.

    Anyway, I would still like to improve on its size. I notice after jelqing the head appears to be a lot larger, which is good to see. I know that jelqing does target the head, but I would still like to aid its growth via other exercises.

      I was wondering, should my PE routine simply increase the size of my penis but keep it pretty much in proportion? The thing is I like the shape of my penis and want to keep it that way, just make it a bit bigger.

        It really depends on the exercises you choose and the intensity you do each one. Just be sure to give equal attention to the whole unit.
        If you jelq, start as close to the base as possible. Most guys grow pretty evenly, however, as mentioned, the glans is a bear to enlarge.

          Thanks for your reply. I've just started and doing my interpretation of the beginners routine suggested here. 10 minutes warm up (in the shower at the moment as I don't have anything else), twelve 30s stretches and 150 wet jelqs. I thought it was better to count than to time because often I get too erect and have to take a quite break to go down a bit.

          Not totally new to PE though because I did it about five years ago but I'm a bit rusty now so looking for advice.

            how do u manage to end up with 12? do u stretch out, up, down, left and right, or do u leave one out?

              Well it said 6 minutes stretching, with each 30s long. So that made twelve. But I was forgetting one, so thanks for reminding me! I was doing up, left, down, right, up... like the hand of a clock LOL. I don't know if the straight out one is important but I'll remember it next time.

                I realize this is an older thread but, Iguana, did you happen to notice if your Glans lengthened at all, or was all the growth girth? It seems that when we speak of increasing Glans size, we are typically concerned with increasing it's girth. It would be great to be able to also lengthen the Glans. I mean why should we care if the length comes from a longer head or a longer shaft? An increase in length... is an increase of length,ha. Of course, I doubt we'd be able to get a whole lot of length from just the Glans but who knows? Maybe someone can come up with a technique designed to concentrate the stretch on the Glans only and see what happens.

                  I think I did gain a little in glans lenght. I didn't measure before but I do recall it looking longer.

                    No question that the "supra slammer" exercise works well for the head. I'm sure it's on this forum somewhere. I do think it's pretty advanced and one to use caution with though-if you're interested, be sure to talk to some of the vets about it before execution.
