  • Hey Jon Pop! It was the "V" jelq that

    Took me from 7.45" BPEL to 8.25" BPEL. It was back around Christmas time of 2007. and I was stuck at the 7.45" number I was doing my PE at the time in the shower with the regular OK grip or U grip style when I decided to use the "V" grip to jelq accross the top of my Shlong. With an erection level at about 30-40% I would begin the session. A slow 10 second "V" jelq stroke until I got up to around 60% erect. Let it die down to about 30% and resume again.

    A question to Jon Pop Was it the "V" jelq that grew you to where you are today? How long did it take? Were you a hardgainer or a easy gainer?

    and i don't mean to threadjack but i just wanted to know what qualifies as hardgainer and easygainer?

      Hey KP. Don't know if it was the "V" Jelq, although it is my favorite exercise and as for being a hard gainer? I don't know. I have put so much time into PE that It's hard to tell. I just know that I worked hard and gained when they came.

        Iv'e done so many different types of manual PE. Some things work when they works. different tbings work in thier seasons. Im thinking it may be "V" jelq season again along with adaptations im taking from DLD and Big Al for when I return from my decon break.

            I would tend to lean toward the slower Jelq strokes with a balanced erection level as a key to gaining. From what I have seen from the most successful PE'ers like DLD is they use sometimes 15-20 second strokes on some of their exercises, also the lower EL of 40-60% gives greater tissue expansion. I read an article where a guy used 3 second Jelq strokes at 90%EL, if this worked all of us would have seen tremendous growth in our teenage years, Right?

            With the V-Jelq I have to use a lower erection level because the intensity of the exercise is far greater than the OK grip style.

              I thought the v jelq didnt touch the top?

              I thought with the v you gripped the bottom of your penis in the v of your hands and pulled up? With the fingers meeting curled on the upper side?

                the "V" jelq goes across the top of the penis. The "U" grip jelq goes accross the underside of the penis and is done with an erection level above 80% erection level.

                Now im confused?!?

                  Yes, clock. The penis rests in the "V" and you are Jelqing the sides as you pull up.
                  Do THESE with around 30-40% erection.

                        felllows, as i undertood, to performe the V-jelk forget the "cup your hand"....you'd better think a "hook your hand", as you had to raise up a suitcase from your feet, with the palm of the hand facing your body, fingers semi-curled and all togueter. Them, separate the next and the middle fingers and grasp the base of the penis using this V (althought the gap looks like an A, instead, without the central cut). Grasp it by the underside, or bottom side, or downside (im not a good english-speaker), as you would scratch your balls. Grasp the base in this way, hold tightly almost to close the "hook" and then began to slide up to gland, not only milking, but stretching as well. You will notice the underside of penis will rest on the V base (or A top), and the middle of the 2 protagonists fingers will ride or slide on the sides of the shaft. I suppose this is jon pop' v-jelk. And it takes my head pulsing, red and very thick.
                        Someone kick me if i misunderstood everything.

                          You discribed it perfectly! the "V" jelq grip. Which is the same as the "U"jelq grip. But with a lower erection level.

                          Note: As to not further confuse people im dropping the U grip name and keeping it v grip. To punish myself i put myself on my ignore list, hehe!
