    Does frequent masturbation have any positive or negative effects on overall penis condition?

    The more you touch your glans, the less sensitive it will become over time. This applies more to uncircumsized men, as our glans are ridiculously sensitive. So yeah, don't use a death grip.

    I think moderate masturbation is healthy. Likewise, we should all be trying to get 4+ errections a day, in my oppinion, just to keep the system in good condition. Over masturbation is not good though. You will probably notice reduced errection quality and so forth. Of course, this is temporary.

      I suggest masturbating once a day every other day. Keeps the right balance not too much not too little

        Masturbation is healthy. I guess if you did it to much you would get a sore penis from over use.

          Before this drops off of the first page I'd like to know what aspect of masturbation actually hurts (or possibly helps) gains? Is it something that is released after ejaculation or is it the stress that your hand puts on the penis?

          Some believe that by withholding ejaculation for a long period helps with gains.

                Neither one. Masturbation does NOT hinder growth. A good rule of thumb is, masturbate every 3rd. day to keep all the parts working properly. There is nothing released in the seminal fluid that will affect your size. Only hard work and a good PE routine will do this.

                I'd like to add: The human reproductive system takes top priority in the body. If you are eating a good, balanced diet, there would be no problem in masturbating every day. If you masturbate to excess, then the body will draw on the stores of whatever vitamins and minerals the prostate needs to make sperm and seminal fluid. In this case a good routine of supplements would be called for.

                  Well, that's good to hear. I saw the article about the correlation between the gains of men that didn't masturbate often ones that did and the results did seem to hinder gains. I know correlation doesn't always point to proof, but sometimes the correlations are hard refute.

                  Anyways, I'll keep what you all said in mind and see what happens. I took what the article said to heart and stopped masturbating for one week when I started, and maybe it was the time of year or maybe the PE exercises were affecting me, but it sure was hard to keep that up hehe.

                    Then again, it doesnt have negative effects on you, however, it does significantly reduce the amount of your gains. Somewhere on the homepage it shows a chart on how the more frequent you do it, the less you'll get. And the people that dont do it, their gains are significantly greater.

                      I find the oposite to be true. The key here is to keep up your Zinc supplies. Everytime you ejaculagte you ejaculate Zinc. Zinc is the mineral that makes testosterone more effective.
                      Also in this scenerio is the role of vitamin "C". C and Zinc keep testosterone functioning normaly.
