    Hey everyone, I'm posting this thread so that we can all keep track of how big we're getting each week. Sure we might not see much, but if we stick to it, we'll begin to notice changes. Like, if it takes a month to grow 1/4 an inch, then each week you'd be saying...not much....not much...hey! What the heck! I'm a 1/4 an inch bigger! I'm 6 inches starting off so I'll post each week what I notice. Hope you guys do the same. By the way, my LOT is 12:00 so please keep that in mind because I'm SUPPOSED to grow easier than people with LOT of 6. Looking forward to hearing everyone's progress and I hope this thread becomes very successful for everyone! Take care.
    Muscles are just like anything else...It takes time and effort to get bigger and better...

      I only measure once a month and post it in my journal. I hate to have to tell you but, measuring everyday or every week will produce absolutely no results. It can actually hurt your motivation if you start getting discouraging numbers. The reason I'm saying this is I didn't start gaining until I was at the start of my third month. If I measured all the time up until that point I could have gotten discouraged, increased intensity, injured myself and ended up with zero.

      I am very pleased with the gains I have made so far and they still keep coming somehow. I just want you to understand I didn't get them from focusing on measuring every chance I could, I got them by focusing on listening to my body and paying close attention on how to do my exercises correctly and to never get carried away to keep from injuring myself.

      Put the ruler down and focus on what will really produce a healthier stronger unit, when you get everything balanced out and tuned in to your body you won't need a ruler. You will be able to look down in the shower every morning and say "dammit I'm big". Or better yet your woman will let you know, that would be the best motivation of all.
