Hi all, I was just wondering. To keep things on the right track with a progress logg. How and when is the best time to measure? I mean should you measure after a stretching / hanging session to get your length? And measure your girth after a jelquing session? Would appriciate some feedback on what has worked for you and keep you in check on recording accurate stats. Thanks in advance.

V8N3T, it's best to measure after you've had a couple days off. You don't want your measurements to be affected by anything temporary that might be workout related (such as swelling.) Workouts can cause your length and girth to fluctuate wildly so wait a couple days for things to go back to normal.May 2006: 5.75" X 4.5" - Now: 7.44" X 4.875"
