im just curious because im surprised i didnt find it earlier if it has been around for a while.
either way thanks, i started a PE journal on here. i'll be posting my stats, workouts and progress. i originally posted it on a body bouling forum just for the sake of the space, but i'm happier to do it over here so i can get some input if there's any obvious things i should change. (im new to hanging)
