  • My strecher design

    Hi Guys,
    I'am new to PE, but I wanted to start stretching. But those stretchers that are available are way to expensive for me, so I've decided to built my own stretcher.
    Below are the results of my stretcher and pics. It's not perfect, but it works for now. Maybe I'll make a better one in the future. Maybe some of you are intrested in building your own stretcher, so I have here the building details, and the building plan to make an exact copy of my stretcher. Although I don't know if it's size is 'good' for everyone. But you can always change it the way you feel is right for you. Or you can use my plan, as a guide to design your own stretcher.

    What you need:
    - 4mm thick plywood;
    - 10mm silicone tubing, with an inner diameter of 8mm and 8cm long;
    - a stud with a diameter of 6mm and at least 40cm long;
    - silicone tubing of 6mm thick, approx. 20cm long.

    Here is how I built it:

    -print the page that I called "building plan" two times. Paste the Penis base model on the 4mm thick plywood. Use a figure saw, to cut out the figure. Do this 2 times. So you will have 2 base plates.

    -Glue both base plates together using "wood-glue". When dry, sand if nessacery, you don't want a splinter in your dick.

    -Drill 2 holes in the base-plate. Using a 5mm drill, when you use a 6mm metal rod. If you have a rod of a diffrent diameter, drill the holes so that it is to small for the metal rod. This way you can screw the metal rod firmly into the wood. It is imperative that the metal rods are attached firmly to the wood, or else the construction will fall apart.

    -Now, create a penis plate. This is a small piece of wood, where your penis will be attached to. Paste the example from my building plan on your plywood, and cut it out. Again 2 times. And glue together.

    -Cut 2 pieces of Silicone tubing of 10mm diameter and 4cm long.

    -Glue these to pieces of silicone tubing to the sides of the Penis Plate.

    -Drill two 5mm holes in the penis plate. Through these holes will go the smaller silicone tubing to hold your penis in place. Make sure that these holes also form a snug fit for the silicone tubing. It should be very hard to get it in, so it won't slip when you tighten your penis with it.

    -Screw 2 nuts on the metal rods. These are to steadily increase the amount of strech-pressure you want.

    -Slide the penis plate on the metal rods.

    Your're done.

    Usage:
    You can wrap some foam-rubber around the area where you attach your penis to the penis-plate with the silicone tubing to prevent slipping. Also, to prevent slipping, you can tape the tubing with some tape you use for insulating electrical wires. This fixates the silicone tubing a little better. See the pictures for details. I think the pics explain almost everything. This was my tutorial on how to built your own extender. In the future I'm thinking of making a hinch at the bottom of the two metal rods, so the rods can move up and down, so you can wear it more comfortably. It's not a perfect design, but it saves you al lot of money.

    Anyway, I just wanted to share this.

    Amazing post, kwmass! This will be our first "Post of the Week."

    Very detailed, and very useful for anyone who doesn't have the money.

    A few things:
    1. How much money did it cost you in all?
    2. How long did it take you to build it?
    3. It looks like comfort might be an issue - definitely if wrap isn't involved. How does it feel?
    4. The noose attachment is what scares me - you can see the uncomfortable pressure that is placed on your head. If you could find a way to create a "comfort strap" similar to the new, safer devices, then this device would be set! But it's definitely a great start.
    Thank you for the contribution to the forum!

      Well, I'll simply answer your questions:

      1). I don't know exactly, since I built it using materials I already had because of my hobbies. But I think plywood should not be that expensive. The metal stud was also not very expensive. For the sillicone tubing I using some gasoline tubing found at a local 'tool-shop'. I think you can built it for arond 10~15 euros. That would be like 15~23 dollars.

      2). It took me one day to built this. I designed it a time ago. But when I got a day off, I built it in a few hours. I think it took me like 3 hours total. But that excludes time to buy stuff. depends on how 'handy' you are. And since I am quite handy, it did not take me al lot of time.

      3). Comfort is a bit of a problem, but it works, and if used correctly it doesnt hurt. I needed a little practise myself to know what would be the best way to use it. It feels like your penis is being pulled on. That was my goal.

      4). Yes the way the penis is attached to the device is on the 'upgrade-list'. I had a hard time figuring out how to do it properly. The problem was that if I used a more comfortable thing, the penis would slip out of it. To prevent slipping, this was the most simple and easiest way to do it. I looked at commercial products and they use a moulded penis shape attach-thing. But wood doesn't bent very easy. I have some ideas on that. But I don't have time to built it. I am thinking of using fiberglass to create something. But I don't know when.
      Any people who do figure something out, or can improve the design are always welcome. It is just a prototype.

        Thank you for the answers. The device indeed looks like it'll get the job done. But I wouldn't build it myself without a comfort strap. Also, if I were you, I'd avoid wearing it for a long period of time. The noose strap is known to cause some problems, especially with long term use.

        Either way, your detailed post will no doubt help many others in need in the future who are looking for a head start on how to build an extender on their own. Whenever, if ever, someone handy like yourself finds a cheap alternative to the noose strap, such as a comfort strap or a vacextender peice like the one Iguana talks about in this post.

          For how long do you keep it there?

            I have a question. I bought an exteneder and one of the biggest problems I have with it is just getting use to it. I can defiatnely feel the stretch even at its minimum. Anybody know anyways to make it feel better other then the circle pad thing it comes with?

            I mean I want to try it and I tihnk they work, it'd be nice to use it from time to time. I wouldn't be able to have it on for 12 hrs like there examples but I think it would help my gains. Also, I'm always afraid that I will have it on to tight or even stretched to much cause I don't watn to cause damage, it doesn't hurt at all but I don't want it to begin hurting *lol* and my penis turtles which seems to cause an issue as well because I can feel it slowly begin to come out of the device when I leave my attetnion from it.

              So does it work have you gained any inches. Im trying to make mine bigger but the problem is that im not curcimcized but i got to the point when i get an erection i can pull the skin way back and it doesnt hurt at first it did but so many years of pulling it way back i feel that the skin that holds the forskin in place has streched because it was never that long but now i need to increase the size of my penis im willing to build your model. i made a penis pump out of some pipe and plumbing fittings and some clear plastic lines but i cant find anything that is cheap for suction so i made the tube long enough to reach my mouth it works i can get that sucker rock hard and i think it stretches like an inch but as soon as i let go of the pressure it goes back to normal any sugestions welcome

                workinit: What kind of extender did you buy? Is it a loop one like the one featured here? A lot of men have trouble wearing those as they tend to be uncomfortable.
