About an hour of edging this morning, mostly dry handed while lying back in bed,which does not get me too close to PONR, then some thrusting on this super cozy blanket which got me close to PONR pretty fast. (love that blanket, now I know what Linus was up to with his, LOL) Once I had to stop the first time to avoid PONR then its just thrust by thrust with each one bringing me right back up there. Unless I break for about a minute, then I can go a few thrusts before PONR. I definately got to that super hard, glans ready to explode point, but backed off and did not ejaculate.

Thinking about the sex swing I completed and showed the wife, I am anticipating she will discuss it this morning, wondering if she will want to try it?
Hemorrhoids
Its pretty crazy that it may be true that all I has to do all these years of on-again off-again bleeding was to up my fiber intake, but the statistics show that I do not bleed the days after high fiber intake. Its such a common thing "eat more fiber!" that I feel like an idiot for not being aware. But I am such a healthy eater and eat so much salad that I would have thought I was way over in my daily fiber intake. But because I emphasize a lower carb diet I actually don't get enough. Now watch me start bleeding again despite high fiber and dispute this whole thing.
As for involuntary kegeling in the anus region while wiping, I seem to be doing better at paying attention, breathing, and not kegeling. However, when I am done wiping I then have to press the prolapse back up and in and that part seems impossible to do without kegeling involuntarily. It's so damn counter productive too, just when you want to remain loose and open to pressing the little bulge back up inside, you involuntary kegel which acts to force the damn thing back out!
If I have any readers I bet they are squirming in their pelvic floors in reading this, but hey, this is a huge men's health issue, and yes, I still do think it relates directly to PremE, so as the anus said to hemorrhoid "suck it up".
Another quick note, I talk to my chiropractor about all this stuff and he recommended i try kegeling while inverted. I have inversion boots and a bar so I have been trying that recently too. The idea is to kegel while gravity is working in reverse on your pelvic floor, thus training the colon to retract up into the body when rectal kegeling.
