    PE Routine 4 hours
    -2 hours of Hanging (6x of 20mins)
    -45min-1 hour of Extender (BPSFL)
    -20-30mins of jelqing
    -30mins-1 hour of Clamping

    -3-5 hours in ESL40 All Day Extender (During the day or when sleeping)

    5 days on 2 off (Hang on off days with lighter weight)
    Stealthman ADS when on doing PE

    I've started over and working my way from 10lbs because I got a Male hanger, retiring the Sock hanger.

    Week 1: (Malehanger) (10lbs) (11.25lbs) Max set
    -Hanging (15.00 hrs)
    -Jelqs (20mins)
    -Clamping (30mins)
    -Extending (3)
    -ESL40 (27hrs)
    -Extending Total (30hrs)

    Week 2: (11.25lbs) (12.5lbs) Max
    -Hanging (10.00 hrs)
    -Jelqs (mins) ...
