    Glad you changed your previous goals, they were totally unrealistic, even if one was a total newbie! Even at 0.5 inches every 3 months is very optimistic. However, I wish you well and hope you achieve your goals. I just started hanging myself but am trying a totally different method, I am doing long duration low-weight hanging instead. Not sure if it will work or not yet, very early stages. Cool that we are trying different approaches, hopefully both of us are successful

    Yeah thanks for your feedback, I'm doing something similar with the hanging, I usually would only do 3sets which is 1 hour, but now I'm trying to do 2-4 hours so that's 6-12sets with the same weight, so I won't up my weight until I can do 6 no problem and getting to 12 is tough. I'm at 20lbs now and want to keep using this weight until it starts to feel light.

    You'll def make gains with hanging, I went overboard and added 1.25/week no matter what because I wanted to get to 20lbs lol, but now I'm trying to slow down and do longer durations and get back into extending. A nice extend after a hang is great, because it lets you go so much farther, so just experimenting.

    Keep me updated with your gains and progress as I will too.

    Cool mate, I will do! Awesome gains and efforts so far, keep up the good work. Great dedication, which is what I love to see on here

    Hopefully, I really enjoy hanging. Did it take you long before you noticed your first gains with hanging by the way? What kind of weight were you hanging with when you started seeing the gains coming? A few months?

    Yeah you will def see gains with hanging, I was at 7 inches in April through Extending, ADS and clamping and from April to now I've been hanging for 7 months and gained .4 by August. And now I'm 7.5, I notice gains within the first month, you should see a .1 gain within your first month or so.

    I'm actually going to try to do 20hr/week of hanging, so that's 4hr/day 5 days on, and then leave two days to extend for 4-6hrs to see how far I can stretch.

    Hanging just gave me more hope, because I felt I maxed out my gains when I got to 7 inches starting at 5.5, and now getting to 7.5 I trust with hanging I can get to 8 and get a much lower flaccid hang, it's the most intense form of PE so I figure the results have to be the best ya know.

    Yeh same here mate, I totally maxed out all my length gains when I got to 8 inches. I then did an intensive manual stretch routine for 2 months and got an extra 1/8 gain. I am hoping hanging will burst me on up into the 8+ inches. If I get 8.25 by Christmas I will be delighted. Would give me hope that my gains weren't totally drying up.
