I've taken a temporary break from PE. This because I've got exams coming up starting in May so I need to be spending most of my time studying. However, after I finish my last exam I intend to get back onto my routine and carry it through as long as I see gains from it.
I've followed Babbis' Light Beginner routine religiously and have now finished 6 workouts. I was completely stunned when I realised that my unit had actually grown. It's gone from 6 inches to 6.25 inches which I'm really proud of. I've also noticed significant improvements in my EQ. I'm now more motivated than ever to continue PE and work towards achieving a longer and healthier unit.
I'm unsure on whether I should continue Babbis' routine or start something slightly more advanced

I created this blog to keep track of my progress and inspire me to continue PE. I intended to start around Christmas last year however my schedule proved to be too busy therefore I will be starting my journey following Babbis' Light Beginner routine.
