  • How much and when? Supplements

    I am going to begin taking some of these supplements how much of each should I take and when?

    Arginine-

    Lysine

    Zinc-

    Niacin-

    And what exactly does the niacin and zinc help out with, I've seen them on a few posts.

    Go with these. Everything you need.

    1 Super B complex.
    1 Multi Vitamin & Minerals.
    1 60 mg Zinc.
    2 500mg L-Arginine capsule.
    1 500 mg L-Lysine.

    Take your L-Arginine and L-Lysine in the morning w/orange juice, on an empty stomach.
    Wait about 30 minutes then eat and take the remaining supplements.

    I've got a Tiger by the tail.
