  • 90 Days and Beyond

    Well, today marks my 3rd month of PE. I had said that I would stick with the beginners routine and see what happens to determine my comitment and all I can say is.....WOW

    i started at NBPFL:3 1/2" FG:4"
    NBPEL:5 1/4 EG:5"

    NOW-after 90 Days
    NBPFL:4" FG:4 1/8"
    NBPEL: 5 3/4" EG: 5 1/8"

    I mainly stuck to Jelqs and manual stretches, along with a few hundred kegels every other day or 20 5 second holds. I have been losing weight, which may have helped add some length, but i can't imagine it contributing that much.

    Now i am starting to clamp every other day, and am looking into a VacExtender2 to further my gains, or I'll make a Homemade Bib Hanger.

    I'm excited with my progress and hope to continue with my gains at this rate...but i don't think gaining another 1/2" in the next 3 months is realistic.

    D-Man,

    CONGRATULATIONS ON THE GAINS!!! Very inspiring! And best of all... it didn't cost a dime! That's the great thing about manual exercises. You don't have to buy anything.

    About the weight loss, were your gains BP or NBP?
    May 2006: 5.75" X 4.5" - Now: 7.44" X 4.875"

      well in the last month my PE has been a little different. I haven't been stretching as much as i had previously and ended up doing more jelqs and ulis as well as a few hundred kegels a day. Just measured and am now JUST over the 5.75" mark, i will post the actual gain tonight before my workout.

      I have finally noticed a definite difference from all my kegals, with harder erections, and I can now stop myself from reaching "the point of no return" when masturbating.

      *I have measured my NBPFSL(thats not bone pressed flacid stretched length)-and it is 6.25". Is this a sign of gains to come? should I be doing specific stretches if my flacid stretch is bigger than my erect length? Any suggestions would be great.

        The stretches I recommend in the 90 day routine would be just about right, since you haven't been doing much stretching for awhile. Plus, this will get your Kegel count up.

          Ok, so recently I have realized that I have been neglecting my PE!! As summer dwindles down to its last days I now notice that I have not consistantly been PEing as much as i had for my first 4 months. Previously I had PEed every morning coupled with a hot shower and a few hundred kegals to now just a few kegals here and there. Now i know what everyone meant when they said that staying focused was the hardest part of PE. I now have identified my lack of motivation, and am not going to get back on schedule, with the help of a VacExtender 2.

          One thing i realized is that if I spend money on something, it will incline me to use it more often. This is where my extender comes in. My new routine is as follows:

          Morning

          Warm Up
          A warm shower coupled with a few jelqs

          Stretches (hold for 60 sec)
          1-down
          2-left
          3-right
          4-up
          REPEAT 1-4 (2) times
          5-(5) BTC stretches
          6-helicopters
          7-jelq for 10 minutes with ulis every 2 minutes
          8-ADS for at least 2 hours

          Night
          After jogging/weight lifting

          warm up
          Jelq for 3 minutes

          Wear extender for 2-4 hours, starting at EL and slowly stretching beyond EL, right now I am at a EL of 5.75" and am stretched to 6.25"

          Other Things
          • I am taking a multi vitamin from GNC called Mega Men. It has almost everything listed in the thread about PE supplements and its $30 for 1 month, definatly check it out.
          • I will do 2 clamping sets on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 10 minutes each

          Now i will stay motivated and on track...and will post updates.

                well rust as a reminder to myself and a note to anyone who cares:

                Recently I have moved into my college dorm and have had little time to PE, and I wanted to see when good times to wear my extender/ADS. I also have had little or no time time to myself, accept in the bathroom. I still do my jelqs and stretches...just not as many, but I have been focusing more on kegels since I can do them anywhere.

                This is my reason for straying from my routine, but I will get back to it by next week. 8^I

                **side note** I realized that when jelqing I can see where my penis is being stretched from my extender, my skin seems dry so maybe a good lotion wouldn't be a bad idea

                  well its 2 days until i hit my 7 month mark and I figured it was time for an update.

                  I had set out to do a decent sized manual routine coupled with 2-4 hours of extender use but this never really happened. I mainly found myself only having time for jelqs, ulis, and kegals with anywhere from 4-12 hous of ADSing per week. School has restricted my privacy and as a result i can't wear/stash my extender so I ADS and I do a few manual exercises in the bathroom. I have sparatically been PEing for almost 7 months and i measured today.....and all i could do was smile.

                  I have finally been able to hit the 6" mark, where I wanted to be in atleast a year, and my girth is around 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch up from my starting girth of 5".
                  Now by March my new goal is to hit 6.25" so i can say I gained an inch(1") in one year.

                  *on a side note my BPEL is 7.25" which is up an inch from around when I started. I have been looking at trying to apply the TGC theory but am having trouble measureing my BPFSL, any suggestions?

                  To all just getting into PE, I would like to add that i was skeptical at first but now am a firm believer in PE and that it takes time to get your gains. Thanks to everyone here for all the great threads/topics and motivastion/info to keep me motivated. Whenever I realized I have negleced my PE I came here and instantly got the motivation to PE that second and I hope this thread can do the same for someone else.

                      just an update, recently i have been getting a little flustered. I have been doing my PE and Stretching more consistently then in the past, and have been measuring at around 5.75" opposed to the 6" mark I hit a few months ago. I decided to take a little break and see if that would help, and luckily enough it did. I can now kegel past 6" to about another 1/16 of an inch. A few days off helped calm my nerves, and showed me I have been doing something productive these last few months. I have been kegeling more recently and i can definitely notice, and feel, the difference. I have a nice break after this semester, so hopefully i can get a good amount of PE in.

                      Also, I have found a new product called the AutoXleeve. It is meant to provide light tension over LONG periods of time, in a discreet way, which would be VERY nice to have at school where PE is hard to make time for. I'll look into it and see how it is, thanks for reading B)

                        This is a pretty interesting update. About 4 days ago I started pumping. I just bought a Bathmate Hydropump and can definitely see how awesome pumping is. I now plan to do a pumping session in the shower after a few hours using my ADS/extender and see if post-pumping will help solidify gains. Will keep an update within the mext few weeks to see how it all works together.

                        *still not neglecting my kegals and I do some basic stretches before I use my BM. I still Jelq atleast 2-3 times a week, haven't measured in a few weeks but i will on Feb 4th.

                            Well, here it is...my 1 year mark.

                            The past week I've been hitting 6.25" NBP constantly, which means I've met my goal of gaining 1" in 1year! My EG has been fluctuating between 5.25" and 5.5" which is .25"-.5" more then I did a year ago.

                            Interesting notes:
                            January of last year i decided to lose weight. I was measuring 5" NBP at best, until i lost approximately 30 lbs, to which I then was hitting 5.25" whenever I started to PE.

                            As of today, I have gained most of the weight I had lost back due to a poor diet, but still have been seeing gains. My fat pad has gotten a little bigger and I think I know what the problem has been. As I was gaining length, I was gaining fat, and actually increasing my fat pad and was hiding my gains. I can EASIILY push my ruler down lightly, slightly NBP, and measure 6.75". This leads me to believe that I've gained well over 1" in one year and that my fatpad has been hiding my progress. My goal now is to continue to PE and get down around 190lbs and hopefully measure over 7" by September.

                            I'd just like to point out that if I had been measuring BP year-long then I would have tracked my gains more accurately.

                            Me Now:
                            Weight: 225lbs
                            BPEL:7.25
                            NBPEL:6.25"
                            EG:5.25"-5.5"

                            Ultimately I'd like to hit 7.5" x 5.5-6.0" by this time next year...I can't wait!

                              Alright guys, time for an update.

                              I recently have been weighing myself and have been hovering around 235lbs. This is a cause for concern for two reasons, 1-my wright hinders better athletic performances 2-decreasing my fat pad could give me more NBPEL length. I've decided that I will stick to a diet and exercise program but also want to incorporate PE. Typically I do a couple basic stretches and then do erect jelqs for approx 5 min, but I neglect my stretcher and pump...and this will change. I bought PE products with the intent of a dedicated practice/use but have failed to do so, but not anymore. I will be doing a diet and exercise program while also Peing constantly, I'm calling it the D-MAN PLAN.

                              The D-MAn PLAN will be a 90 Day turnaround for me, hopefully.
                              It will include:
                              -The Power 90 workout plan, started the program but got sick for a week and a half and never got back on track
                              -A diet with no sugar, caffine, alcohol, or nicotine
                              -wearing an extender for an average of 2 hours a day, approx 180 hours total
                              -Pumping every other day for 10-15 min
                              -Jelqing every day with Bio Oil for atleast 5 min after PE
                              -NO MASTERBATING/PORN--Little to no sex
                              -Taking Multi-Vitamins and a few other supplements like green tea and cayane pepper

                              Products I will be using:
                              -AutoExtender V.2 and new Experimental version
                              -AutoExtender AutoXleeve: Night version and soft/med sleeves while I work out
                              -BathMate Hydropump
                              -Bio Oil
                              -Power 90 Workout program
                              -Vitamins to be named later

                              I will be stating this program soon and will take starting stats, as well as update gains every 30 days.
                              If there are any questions towards the previosly mentioned products please don't hesitate to ask, I have had them all for a while and have seen some great gains. I will keep be giving constant updates once I begin and, of course, will post whenever I start, most likely next week.
