    Ok I'm at my 9nd weeks, still doind the beginner routine,
    10 min hot shower + glass warm up
    3 set of 30 sec basic strech
    10 min of jelq

    Should i increase the time? like 4 set of strech and 15 min jelq?

    I think now is the appropriate time to add some moar time.

    The beginner's routine specifies that at week 5 you should increase the time - don't remember exactly by how much, but you can confirm it yourself by consulting it.

    Curious, have you made any gains?

      Lilpmp: Smallus is right, if you have healthy PIs, then now would be a good time to increase the intensity. Over the next two to three weeks, for example, gradually bump it up to 20 minutes of jelqing and 10 minutes of stretching.

      Although increasing the intensity too much is a big downfall for many men, you still have to keep challenging your penis for it to grow. There's a fine line between increasing the intensity too much and not enough - on this line is where you want to be, and where you'll gain.

        i got some flaccid gain, like 1/4 inch 1/2 inch depending the days, some time i turtle, some time i dont!

        and i think i have gain a lil girth on the erect size, but i can surely tell that my penis looks bigger when flaccid now!

            Iv added 1 more set of basic strech

            and i do some internal strech
            plus some rotary streches about 5 to 10

            and i moved up to 15 min of jelq

            the other days im kegelin 50 times + 2-3 set of 20 with towel.
