  • I'm worried about the head excersize

I've tried this head excersize a couple times, but it causes more pain to my hands then my penis.
Around the 2 min mark, it becomes very difficult to maintain my hands in their place to keep the blood trapped. After I am done one round of the excersize, it looks like its going to fall off (lol yes literarly) it's all purple and it looks as if theres less blood than too much.
I know that this is from a different site, but this is where I got the technique.

Anyways, my point is that I just want to make sure that it's safe and I'm doing it right.

    Thanks for your help

This is an advanced exercise and probably should not be attempted until you fully understand your limits. This posts dates back 08/2000, I'm sure there are better suited exercises for the glans. If you are a newbie you should stick with the proven techniques found within this site otherwise you will end up with a damaged unit. Take a break and let your unit heal, start back with Jonpop's 90 day beginners routine and take it slow and easy for awhile , your unit will thank you for it.

alright so should I use this technique? or should I wait a month or so more?
        https://www.pegym.com/forums/6018-post3.html

Anyways, the few times I did try it, I felt that I wasnt doing it right since I only dry jelq.

I also have some other questions.

Where can I find the definitions to all the abbreviations - B.P.L and all

When I dry jelq, after I move one hand up towards the glands, I dont place the other hand at the base of the shaft, I restart the jelq with a the overhand OK grip.
Should I constantly be altering hands without lifting one, or am I ok?
(I jelq starting with a normal ok grip, once I reach my glands, I use the same hand (or sometimes switch to my other hand) and start with an overhand OK grip, once I reach the top, I lift up that hand and then I do a C grip.
I just read the beginners 90day routine, so I just added the V jelq.

I ask this because after roughly 3 months of jelqing (for the first month or 2 I never did proper stretching.. my fault) I have gained around a half inch or so. Its been within these past few weeks which I have also began to take suppliments that I have really felt and noticed the difference. So have I been improperly jelqing and not a sufficient amount of stretching? Also, my LOT is at 6, so this could be one of the things holding me back.
When I started to jelq, I used a lot of pressure with the grips, I thought that since I could barely feel anything, I just needed a lot of pressure- now I just apply a decent amount of intensity, but jelq for longer periods of time.

If you can answer any of my questions it would be greatly appreciated.
