Im mainly writing this blog for me to be able to look back on in a while:

My main motivation behind PE is really that I feel like we live in a world of insecurities. I feel like most of insecurities affect women a lot. They are told to look a certain way, have a certain weight, taking care of their face, hair, clothes, just general appearance and always strive to look good.

Women get told indirectly (through magazines and TV) how to look and how to act, and unfortunately the models that represent the "ideal" are not the average women. So in essence, women have to deal with a lot of expectations that they don't live up to (because they're normal human beings!), because we live in a society that has twisted expectations and strives off of insecurities. Insecurity drives consumption, consumption drives society forward.

Men on the other hand, in general have two insecurities (that really all boil down to one): Their length and their penis size. Both of them have to do with the perception of masculinity. A male that is short is a boy, not a man. A male with a smallish penis is a boy, not a man. None of them are desirable, and these are the two elements that I feel lead to male anxiety and bad self esteem.

I am a very confident guy because Ive been blessed with a lot of good, Ive got a good length, Im a very social guy, I get along with people and I have a easy time to get through a lot of things. Basically I have a lot of things really going for me.

Recently it's been getting more and more clear to me that I do have some sense of insecurity regarding my penis size. Not because my gf implies it; we have great sex. It's because for the first time Im in a context of actually caring about a girl and actually giving a fuck about how much I please her and being of highest value to her. In almost all aspects but penis size, I feel like Im optimal.

My dick is by no means small, Im 6" by 5.10", and it sure is enough to make her satisfied. But I still feel like I want to make her absolutely crazy when we have sex and I want to really feel like a stud when we fuck. As it is today, I love having sex with her but I just don't feel that same craziness that I initially felt when we met.

I hate the fact that I have somewhat of a penis insecurity, and I know insecurities like that can really only be cured by working with the mind, not with the cock. But I really do believe in PE, if not for actual gains then for penile health. So Im doing this primarily to get a better penis healthwise, but also because the thought of having a bigger cock really turns me on and really makes me feel more manly.

Ive been doing PE about since mid september (3 weeks), the first two times I tried it took me about an hour and 20 minutes, doing the JP90 routine. It didn't go well as I kept on going flaccid and I got big red spots on the glans both times afterwards. Plus my morning wood disappeared and so did my sex drive for almost a week and a half.

Since last night, Im doing a new tailor made routine where I took inspiration from veterans who really believe in "less is more". Here it is:

* 12 minutes warm up with a cotton cloth and continuous stream of hot water (I don't pay for water or electricity!)

* 10 minutes of stretches: up, down, left, right, straight out (30 sec each), with 10 big circles clock- and counter clockwise in between and also helicopter shakes for 20 secs in between.

* 10 minutes jelq, effective time (meaning I pause the clock when I go too flaccid)

* 10 minutes of ultimate v-jelqs, effective time (ultimate v-jelqs are MUCH, MUCH more effective than regular v's, send a PM if you're interested)

* Edge for 10-30 minutes, when I have the time!

* 5-8 minutes warm down.



This routine takes about 45-50 minutes (excluding the optional edging), which is totally fine with me. Also, each week I aim to add +1 minutes on the two jelq's, and do longer edging sessions.

My plan is to continuously add 1 minute every week for five weeks, then week 6 I subtract 3 minutes and then continuously add a minute every week, that was I create a "two steps up, one step back" routine that Big Al supposedly says is really good.

I also am conscious of the PI's to see if the routine is good or not.

I take supplements: L-arginine, L-lycine, L-glutamine, B komplex, ZMA and Tribulus Maximus. I also try to eat as healthy as possible and am planning to do HIIT workout by swimming twice a week. Also, doing regular weight workouts 2 times a week.

In conclusion, I really want to say I believe in PE but only as long as you're consistent and really careful with what you do. Ill try to update the blog as often as I feel is needed. I'll definitely add a new entry when my first measure is due (in 6 weeks), so if I don't post anything else, that'll be then.
